How do I get started?- Email lotuscounselingctr@gmail.com with inquiry of availability. Please include concerns you are wanting to focus on in therapy and dates and times you may be available to meet for therapeutic sessions.

What do I need?After connecting with your provider you will receive an email with an invitation link to your therapy appointment. Appointments and providers contact information. From here you will be able to complete the electronic consent forms and biological and background information. Paperwork must be completed prior to first session. Please read forms and make note of any questions you may have about policies listed in the electronic consent paperwork and also bring any questions you have have at the first session

What can I expect?Sessions are 50 minutes in length. During the session your practitioner will introduce themselves and briefly to over any questions you have (policies/ payments/ general process/ scheduling). When these housekeeping items are out of the way you can begin sharing what you feel is important for the practitioner to know. The practitioner will ask you questions to better understand your goals and concerns

How much do sessions cost?Fee per session is $150. Initial consultation $200. Which can be paid using American Express, Mastercard, Visa, credit card, Zelle,

Cancellation PolicyBe mindful of our cancellation policy as you may be charged cancellation fees. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. When you cancel a session, I request that you reschedule it within a 2-week period. This enables you to make consistent progress in therapy.
Lotus Counseling offers exclusively online Mental Health Services across the state of Texas. Our center is dedicated to promoting mental health awareness to adolescents, teens and adults.
