About Scarlett
I believe wholeheartedly in the treatment of each individual from a holistic perspective; that means looking at generational issues, medical concerns, trauma, and any other relevant (but possibly overlooked) aspects of their lives.
I tend to operate from a multicultural, trauma-informed perspective. I believe many of our current issues (i.e. difficulties navigating relationships, communication issues, anger problems, persistent guilt/shame, ingrained trauma responses) may have roots in our formative years. I also understand there are many other issues which are heavily connected to our present situations. I consistently integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused interventions, so I am comfortable learning your needs and using interventions that are tailored to you.
Whether you are navigating life’s frequent changes or facing more difficult challenges, I am here to support and encourage you every step of the way.
